- Specialized Rehabilitation Services: Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy
- Medications ordered by physician
- Ancillary Central Supply Items including certain special equipment such as air fluidized beds
- Oxygen, IV Fluids, Braces
- Basic Personal Laundry
- Certain Personal Hygiene Items
- Over the Counter Drugs
Medicare Part A DOES NOT Cover:
- Private Room Differential
- Beauty & Barber services
- TV or Telephone
- Private Duty Nurses & Sitters
- Payment to hold bed when patient hospitalized
- Services determined not meeting Medicare Coverage Criteria
Medicare Part B Covers:
- Specialized Rehabilitation Services - when Part A is unavailable and up to limits defined by Medicare
- Physician Services and Certain Physician Ordered Consultations
- Prosthetic Items - when Part A is unavailable
Medicaid Covers:
- Room and Board
- Specialized Rehabilitation Services
- Basic Personal Laundry
Medicaid DOES NOT Cover:
- Private Room Accommodations
- Beauty & Barber
- TV & Telephone
- Private Duty Nurses & Sitters
- Services determined not meeting Medicaid Coverage Criteria
